This one is for the orange soda people.
Not “fresh squeezed” orange. Not creamsicle. Not orange sherbet pretending to be nostalgic. This is built to taste like that candy-bright, tangy, fizzy-memory orange — the kind of flavor that feels like summer, vending machines, and neon labels.
The trick is treating citrus like a fragrance and a candy: we pull the oils with an oleo saccharum, dial the juice with a little water (so it reads more soda than fruit), and add a citric + malic acid combo for that unmistakable “soda snap.” Then we pair it with a gelato base built to stay smooth and scoop soft.
And yes — the blue sour shards are the chaos. On purpose.
